As one of the biggest employers in Missouri, BJC offers every employee the opportunity to advance in their career through BILD (BJC Institute for Learning and Development). To help spread the word about this remarkable program, UPBrand tasked me to create three promotional animations. One video would be for a mass audience and the other two videos would be for more specific audiences (nursing and leadership).

We wanted every new hire who saw these videos during orientation to not only remember them but connect with their passions. This is why I helped formulate character-centric pieces that would feel more personal and less abstract.

I began by narrowing down the character designs and expanding the BJC color palette.
