Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

Fulfillment Policy
As a freelancer, I ensure that the services I provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is my utmost priority, as I take all complaints about the services I render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to refunds for services purchased from me. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. My services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Service Delivery
I sell digital animation and design services. Upon receiving full or partial payment, I will commence work on your project as outlined in our agreement. Delivery timelines will be specified in the project proposal or invoice. All deliverables will be provided digitally via email, a secure file-sharing platform, or other means pursuant to my client’s requests.
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
Before Work Commences: Full or partial refunds are available if cancellation occurs before any work has started.
Commenced or Completed Projects: Refunds are not available once the project is commenced or completed and delivered, except in cases where the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
To request a refund, please contact me within 7 days of final delivery.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, I may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:
You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the service.
You were aware of or notified of the problems with the service before making the purchase.
You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use for it.
You received the service/product and failed to make a report within 7 days from the date of the receipt.
Revision Policy
I offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Revision requests must be submitted within the agreed upon days of delivery and timeline. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges, which will be communicated beforehand.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel the project at any time. If cancellation occurs:
Before Work Commences: A full refund will be issued.
After Work Commences: A partial refund will be provided, reflecting the amount of work completed up to the cancellation point.
Project Abandonment
If after repeated attempts by myself to begin service, continue service, or finalize the delivery of the services, client fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to my requests and such continues for a period of thirty (30) days, the project will, at my option, be abandoned, whereupon I may reduce any refund for the services to the client to zero, and client hereby provides its agreement to such forfeiture of any amounts of the fees that have been paid by the client for the services as purchased or as described in the original work order, wherever applicable.
Client Responsibilities
To facilitate timely delivery, clients are expected to:
Provide all necessary information and materials promptly.
Respond to communications in a timely manner.
Review deliverables and provide feedback within the agreed-upon timeframes.
Delays in client responses may affect delivery timelines.
Delivery Methods
All services and deliverables are provided digitally unless otherwise requested by the client. Completed work will be sent via email or shared through a secure online platform, as agreed upon at the project's outset.
Website and Payment Security
Your privacy and security are a top priority. My website is built on Squarespace, which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Digital payments received through invoices are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment gateway that securely handles your transactions using industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention technology. At no point do I store or have access to your full payment details.
